SONDAY THE LABEL’S RETURN POLICY

Hey, Mama!

Orders made online are eligible for a full refund onto the original form of payment, and you have 21 days from the date of delivery to return your order.

All beauty products are final sale. 

We reserve the right to deny the return, in store exchange, or store credit of any item(s) if there is damage or issues with the items once we receive them back to our warehouse.

HOW CAN I MAKE AN EXCHANGE?

No problem! Email us at hello@sondaythelabel.com with your order number, a list of the items you'd like to exchange, and the reason. Our Client Experience team will reply with next steps. You simply return your package to our HQ (customer responsible for return shipping charge) and then we will mail you your new item ASAP once that's received (shipping on us!).

HOW CAN I MAKE A RETURN?

Easy peasy! Simply email us at hello@sondaythelabel.com with your order number, a list of the items you'd like to return, and the reason for the return. Once our Client Experience team receives your email, they'll email you with E-Z the next steps. Please note that customers are required to cover return shipping costs.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS/EXCHANGES

For returns and exchanges outside of Canada, the customer is responsible for the carrier-rate shipping fee that will be determined based on location.


SALE MERCHANDISE

Purchases made with a combined discount of 26% - 39% are eligible for exchange only within 30 days of delivery.


Purchases made with a discount of 40% or greater are final sale (including markdowns and promo code usage).

DOES SONDAY THE LABEL OFFER PRICE ADJUSTMENTS?

Sorry girl, due to fluctuating stock levels and seasonality, we do not issue any price adjustments.

HOW SOON WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND FOR MY RETURN?

Once your return has been received at our Warehouse, please allow 5-10 business days for your refund to be issued. We’re on it!
