Can I Return my items?
Absolutely! We offer an easy 14-day return policy, from the date of delivery. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your Order No. in the subject line, and we'll start the process quickly with you.
Can I Exchange my items?
Most certainly. We offer an easy 14-day exchange policy, from the date of delivery. If your pieces aren't perfect, send us an email at email@example.com with your Order No. in the subject line, and we'll process the exchange for you and send your new piece on its way.
What is the Shipping policy?
For Shipping we have a few options:
If you're located in the City of Toronto, we offer free pick up at our Toronto HQ. The address will be sent to you in your order confirmation if you select Free Pick Up at check out.
Shipping is Free if your pre-tax order value exceeds $150.
We have a Flat Rate shipping fee of $9 for other Ontario orders, and $16 for other province orders for orders under pre-tax $150.
Do you Ship outside of Canada?
Yes we do!
How do I know if it will Fit?
We have developed our own Size Guide based on the measurements for our pieces. Each piece also has a FABRIC & FIT section so you can read about that specific piece.

What are the recommended Wash instructions?
We always want your clothes to fit you just like the day you bought 'em. We strongly recommend you wash your items on Gentle cycle, in cold water, and hang to dry.
